Description
Due to high demand for a smaller more compact LED headlight for tight fitting applications we’re proud to introduce the all new, completely re-engineered VCm3000. We are very excited to introduce this new version of our previous VCm35, as we have been able to completely eliminate the fan and other compromises from our outgoing model.
This model uses our proven CSP LED chipset and is designed to fit in even the smallest confines.
Using an innovative miniaturized LED driver, we’ve been able to eliminate the external heatsink and fit the entire assembly within the headlight housing without compromising the beam pattern or light output.

Using an innovative miniaturized LED driver, we’ve been able to eliminate the external heatsink and fit the entire assembly within the headlight housing without compromising the beam pattern or light output.
The VCm3000 is only 10mm longer than a standard halogen headlight! This makes it suitable for use in custom headlight enclosures, motorcycles, and other applications previously too small for our other models.
The VCm3000 retains the same IP67 waterproof rating as our other models. This means it is protected from dust, shock and capable of withstanding water immersion between 15 cm and 1 meter for up to 30 minutes It also backed by the same lifetime warranty as every VintagecarLED product.
Each kit includes two assembled Glass H4 DOT spec 5.75″ housings with 2 LED bulbs.

Really happy with the product and support throughout the process. I had a couple of questions that were promptly answered prior to the purchase. Install for 4 bulbs (1970 Chevelle) was less about a half hour. They look and work great; such a difference from the old sealed beams.

Perfect fit on my 65 Plymouth, very bright – big difference from old lights.
When I ordered them support warned me of the small light housing space on my car and recommended the VCm3, otherwise I would have ordered the wrong ones, also followed up with me to make sure all good.

Headlights went in with no issues. Day and night difference between these LED lights and my halogen lights. Wish I would have purchased all 4.

Great upgrade for my 1968 Chevelle. I choose to replace both high and low beams so everything would match. Light distribution is great with no hot spots. I used the Hella lenses which are still glass, but they are flat instead of the small bulge like the factory halogens. Once they are installed, it is a small difference you really don’t notice. I had called the owners of the company a few times with questions before purchase and they were both great to work with. Good job all around!

I installed these on my 63 1/2 Galaxie 500 XL. I’m very pleased with these headlights. Easy plug n play. They look like factory sealed beams but don’t shine like them. Huge improvement! I don’t even need to buy the high beams because these are so bright by themselves. Huge thumbs up! Customer service was excellent too.

I installed four of the VCm3 5.75 inch Glass Hella Headlights in my 1973 Lincoln Continental Mark IV .
The new lights look great and will improve drivability at night. The electrical connectors for the high beams had to be altered in order for the OEM connector to be plugged in.
I called the Vintage Car LEDs team to verify the process and identify polarity on the new bulbs. Essentially the modification is carefully bending the horizontal blade connector upward and out of the way of the OEM connector. Before installation I placed a piece of marine grade shrink tubing over the blade and heated it using needle nose pliers pinched the end to seal it off.
I completely disassembled the housing the bulbs fit in to ensure the new bulbs fit properly. The new bulbs feature similar fitment tabs for alignment in the housings but are not identical to the OEM headlamp of 1973. Removing the housing allowed me to inspect and fully understand how the new bulbs will be positioned. I used a dab of dialectic grease in the female OEM connector before plugging them in. To minimize corrosion.
These are quality products, I’m looking forward to driving it at night.

These headlights work great and look great. They are easy to install and are plug and play. These are the criteria I was looking for when looking for LED headlights. I’ve used these headlights on a couple of my 60s cars (1966 Ford LTD and 1967 Oldsmobile Toronado) and have used their 7″ for 6 volt system on my 1950 Hudson. Very pleased with these lights as I can see much better for night driving and these are better for older electrical systems. I’ve recommended these to several others and do so here. Finally, the owners have been very helpful over the phone to advise. They answered my questions and gave me confidence these would work., and all went exactly as they’ve suggested. I’ll purchase these again for my other cars.
