We are very excited to finally introduce the new VC6v, our 6 volt LED headlight kit specifically designed for vehicles running 6v electrical systems!
Our 6v model has been in development for nearly 2 years, and we are very proud to provide this option. This model utilizes a new Edison DF-4BS chipset putting out 6000 Lumens at 7.3V and above. It will also operate all the way down to 6.5V at 80% brightness. Please note that most 6V vehicles will normally generate 7.5V at idle with a healthy wiring system.
The VC6v has the same “pure white” 6500K color, and a lighting pattern to produce no glare or interference to other drivers while providing a better lighting pattern to ensure the safest driving.
The VC6v retains the same IP68 waterproof rating as our other models. This means it is protected from dust, shock and capable of withstanding water immersion down to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes It also backed by the same lifetime warranty as every VintagecarLED product.

As every Vintage Car LED model, the VC6v features an H4 connection for plug n play installation. This means no modifications to your cars existing wiring!

I installed this lamp on a 1948 Indian Chief early 2020 and used it all last riding season. The amount of light this makes on a 6 volt system is nothing short of INCREDIBLE. As good as the night visibility is, the daytime visibility for oncoming drivers is equally impressive which improves safety. It is plug and play using original 3 prong wiring plug, simple installation. The Classic lens design has great aesthetics blending with the old bikes character. Just make sure your charging and wiring system is at top performance so you have at least 6.5 volts right at the headlamp connector. Thank you Vintage Car LEDS for making this lamp.

With the lens upgrade I have these 5000 series lights installed on a 1940 Chevrolet. These lights have a great side vision lights up the ditch.They have help me elude hitting some deer early in the mornings on three different occasions. Well worth the money
