We are very excited to finally introduce the new VC6v, our 6 volt LED headlight kit specifically designed for vehicles running 6v electrical systems!
Our 6v model has been in development for nearly 2 years, and we are very proud to provide this option. This model utilizes a new Edison DF-4BS chipset putting out 6000 Lumens at 7.3V and above. It will also operate all the way down to 6.5V at 80% brightness. Please note that most 6V vehicles will normally generate 7.5V at idle with a healthy wiring system.
The VC6v has the same “pure white” 6500K color, and a lighting pattern to produce no glare or interference to other drivers while providing a better lighting pattern to ensure the safest driving.
The VC6v retains the same IP68 waterproof rating as our other models. This means it is protected from dust, shock and capable of withstanding water immersion down to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes It also backed by the same lifetime warranty as every VintagecarLED product.

As every Vintage Car LED model, the VC6v features an H4 connection for plug n play installation. This means no modifications to your cars existing wiring!

These are amazing units. I installed them into my 1960 Karmann Ghia almost a year ago. Not only do they fit perfectly just like the OEM units, but they are a breeze to install and focus. They are literally life savers.
Low beams clearly illuminate the road way out front with a clearly defined horizontal cut off so I am not blinding on-coming traffic. The left to right brightness is better even than any 12vH4 I’ve ever ran on my other cars. Plus even on high, these bulbs are super stingy on their amperage draw. Those of us that still run 6v systems know how sensitive they are to that. I can’t recommend these enough. I’ve tried LED’s at twice the price geared toward Porsches and these are far superior. They also run on systems up to 24v so if you run a voltage up converter on a weak system you’re golden. They are worth every single penny.
