The VC5000 ULTIMATE is our newest and best Headlight. It has the sharpest HI/LO beam cutoff of any of our products and the HI beam throw is matched only by modern projection headlights.
The VC5000 Ultimate does not sacrifice any of the classic OEM look in delivering unparalleled output.
The VC5000 is able to accomplish this by placing the surface mounted diodes in a way that exactly duplicates the location of the filaments in a Halogen bulb.
This allows the VC5000 to have the best beam pattern possible while still taking advantage of all the benefits intrinsic to an LED bulb.
The VC5000 uses the most advanced LED chip on the market, the Phillips LUXEON Z ES. The Phillips LUXEON chip is a high power 1.0mm x .95mm LED that enables never before seen color consistency, luminance, and flux density. It is undomed, a feature that provides unmatched optical flexibility for precise beam angle control.

We have also been able to eliminate the need for a moving fan by using a passive heatsink and embedding the electronic components in silicone away from the LED in their own assembly. By doing so we have have been able to IP67 certify the entire unit. This means it is protected from dust, shock and capable of withstanding water immersion between 15 cm and 1 meter for up to 30 minutes.
The VC5000 Ultimate also allows you to change the color of the LED by swapping out the glass filter. This allows you to choose from the factory setting of 6000K (Pure White), 2500K (Warm Yellow) which is ideal for snow or rainy climates, or 8000K (HID Blue). The glass color filter can be changed in minutes as many times as you would like.
Each kit includes two assembled Glass H4 DOT spec 200MM housings with 2 LED bulbs.
